Out of respect for our clients we ask that you please do not bring small children with you to  your appointments. Any guests accompanying you to your visit must wait in the reception area while you receive your services. This is to avoid disruption of our clients and staff, but also out of concern for the safety of your child.

Due to stylist demand and the importance of honoring appointments, first time clients are required to place a $50 deposit for booked services at the time of appointment scheduling. This amount will be credited towards the final service total. No-show or last-minute cancellations will forfeit deposit.

Your appointments are very important to the Ponce Studio,  they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.


Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. 

 

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, thus better serving everyone. Ponce Studio policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Thank you for your understanding.
